For us, it is important to create a safe and open culture where employees, partners, and other stakeholders feel comfortable raising concerns or reporting suspected misconduct.
To support this, Bilia has a whistleblowing service — a secure and independent reporting channel provided by an external supplier. Through this service, it is possible to anonymously report suspicions of crimes or deviations from Bilia’s business principles, internal guidelines, or applicable legislation.
You also have the option to contact someone within the organization, such as a manager, the company management, the group management, or the legal department. All reports are taken very seriously and handled with care and confidentiality, in accordance with legislation and Bilia’s whistleblowing policy.
