Holders of warrants 2009/2010 must submit an application for subscription and subscription payment must have been received by Carnegie Investment Bank not later than 4 p.m. on 8 April 2011 in order for the additional shares to be registered in time to be entitled to a dividend.

These warrants can be used by submitting a correct and complete notification form to Carnegie Investment Bank and simultaneously making a payment as specified on the notification form. Payment can be made either in cash or by offsetting the sum against ownership in Bilia AB’s 2009/2016 subordinated debenture.
