The Group is exposed through its business operations to various kinds of financial risks.
By “financial risks” is meant fluctuations in the company’s earnings and cash flow as a result of changes in exchange rates, interest rates, refinancing risks and credit risks.
The Group’s finance policy for managing financial risks has been formulated by the Board of Directors and comprises a framework of guidelines and rules in the form of risk mandates and limits for the financing activities.
The financial risks are managed by Bilia AB’s internal bank at the head office in Gothenburg.
