Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) maintains
a register of persons with insider status in listed companies. Such
companies are obliged to notify Finansinspektionen of persons who
have insider status, and such persons must report their holdings of
shares and changes in their holdings. The holdings of certain related
parties – both physical persons and legal entities – are
also covered by reporting obligations.
The major shareholders, board members, secretary to the board,
auditors, management and certain members of the Group accounting/finance/control
department are considered insiders in Bilia.
