Bilia’s Group Management, consisting of the MD of Bilia AB, the CFO of Bilia AB and the MD of Bilia Personbilar AB, is stationed in Göteborg. In keeping with the rules of procedure governing the relationship between the MD and the Board, the Group Management is responsible for formulating the Group’s overall strategy, business control and allocation of financial resources among the operations, as well as for the Group’s financing, capital structure and risk management. It also deals with issues pertaining to acquisitions that affect the whole Group and other major projects. Furthermore, the Group Management is responsible for compiling the Group’s financial reports, for communication with the stock market, and for a variety of other matters concerning the Group as a whole.

 

Jan Pettersson born 1949
Education: Degree in economics from Stockholm University 1973.
Work experience: Active in the motor vehicle industry since 1973, Kinnevik Group 1982–86, MD of Toyota and Svensk Motor AB 1986–2002.
Current posts: Hired on 1 April 2003 and Managing Director, CEO and member of the Board of Bilia AB since 10 June 2003.
External posts: Member of the boards of Active Driving AB, AB Volvofinans and the Swedish Automobile Servicing and Retailing Employers’ Association (MAF).
Shareholding in Bilia AB: 115,000 shares, of which 30,000 via endowment insurance, and 66,000 call options.

Education: M.Sc. in Business Administration.
Work experience: Employed by Bilia since 1984.
Current posts: Chief Financial Officer of Bilia AB.

Tommy Andersson born 1948
Education: School of Economics.

Education: Studied Market Economics at the Copenhagen Business School.
Work experience: Active in the motor vehicle industry since 1984, Bilia fleet sales, shop salesman 1986, CFO since 1992, 1998 with Bilia Denmark.
Current posts: MD of Bilia Denmark A/S since 2004.
External posts: Member of the board of Techno Danmark.

Conny Bergström born 1959
