WE HAVE THE WIDEST RANGE ON THE MARKET
The Car Business builds the car stock
Bilia offers its customers everything that is associated with car ownership throughout the lifetime of the car. We have cars from Volvo, Renault, Ford, Land Rover, Hyundai, BMW, Honda, Nissan and Mini. We don’t sell all brands on all markets, but we are always looking for strong and exciting brands to add to our portfolio.
Every time we sell a car we see it as the start of a long-term relationship with the customer. By offering supplementary services such as financing, insurance, workshop services, accessories and fuel on the customers’ terms, we create added value for them. Customers increasingly want to buy cars with different types of comprehensive solutions, and we have several different alternatives to offer them. One is the Trygghetsavtal (Security Agreement), where the customer pays a predetermined fixed monthly fee for service and repairs. We also offer the option of a loaner car while the customer’s car is in the workshop or having its tires changed.
The Service Business is Bilia’s own
We offer a complete range of service and repair services in our own workshops. All development of new workshop services is based on the customers’ needs. By being good at service we can enhance customer satisfaction, and we know that satisfied customers come back to Bilia the next time their car needs service or they want to buy a new car.
More and more customers opt for our personal service technicians. That means they get their “own” mechanic who does all service and repairs on their car. The concept originated in Sweden in the 1990s and has existed in Norway since 2005. We established the first personal service technicians in Denmark in 2006.
Our stores sell spare parts and accessories, and in Sweden we also have fuelling stations and car washes. We have our own tyre centres where we offer tyre storage. The five most common service jobs are performed at a fixed price and without an appointment at our 5-Direct workshops.
Owners of older cars are offered complete maintenance programmes: Volvo Nice Price and Renault Mini Prix. The programmes include basic service and original spare parts.
